1. How long will shipping take?

3. What is your return/exchange policy?
We offer a 5-day return or exchange policy on most products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt. Please contact our customer support to initiate a return or exchange.
4. How do I know if my order is confirmed?

If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. You can also log in to your account on our website to view your order status anytime.
5. Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
We try to process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address for you. However, once the order is dispatched, changes to the shipping address cannot be made.
